These Stainless Steel 316 Needle Valves are constructed from low-carbon austenitic stainless steel, which contains about 16–18% chromium, 10–14% nickel, and 2–3% molybdenum. This unique composition provides remarkable resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and general corrosion, even in harsh environments. The valves boast a tensile strength of approximately 485 MPa and a yield strength of around 170 MPa, along with good ductility, toughness, and hardness. These mechanical properties enable the valves to function reliably under high-pressure, high-temperature, and corrosive service conditions.
